It’s time to doubt your doubt… (Yes, you read that correctly.) We are here to break the frequently used “I’m not good enough“ self-talk.
iincrementum came about to create change. To start a movement, a community to help each other achieve their dreams. To take ownership of their lives. To live a life they can be proud of. We live the Think. Do. Fly. lifestyle and happen to sell apparel too.
OWNER AND FOUNDER
Darren Wait aka DRN (he will explain over coffee sometime) is the brains behind iincrementum. A devoted Christian and happily married to his biggest supporter, Kristen who is a success story herself. Clearly a good combo ;).
For the most part, he is an introvert full of dreams, ideas and always willing to help. Since childhood, he had visions of success. Fast forward several years and iincrememtum was born (previously known as DRN Apparel).
The iincrementum brand was created to build a lifestyle and community. A place where everyone encourages, and help is always available. We want everyone to succeed in life, to be happy and to feel a sense of achievement.
BEHIND THE NAME & LOGO
Incrementum is the latin word for “growth” which fits the core values Darren has instilled into this business. Why it’s called iincrementum (with 2 i’s) simply, i-grow.
The story of the oak tree is truly inspiring. Our logo kind of fell into our laps (pun very much intended). Since we are about growth and helping, what better way than to combine the entrepreneurial process to that of an oak tree. Right? Right.
Let’s paint a picture.
The journey begins… A tiny acorn is planted into the ground. Over years of water and sunlight, it grows into this mighty strong oak tree. The entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial life is basically the same. We start out small, young and full of dreams. We study or work to learn the skills required to go after our dreams. After years of grinding, we arrive to a point where our hard work starts to pay off (acorn growing into a tree with some leaves, even their own acorns).
You see, just like the acorn has to go through a dark period, rough terrain, storms, severe heat, etc. so do we. Just like the acorn keeps going and doesn’t give up, it becomes mighty. The same applies to us.
It takes a lot of patience. A lot of faith and an incredible amount of hard work, but the results speak for themselves.

Think – Determine what you want in life or in the future.
Do – Find out how to achieve that goal and put in the work to get there.
Fly – After hard work and patience, that goal will be achieved. Even if you don’t achieve it 100%, you will be a lot closer than before you begun. This is the moment you begin to “Fly” – A true winner helps others on their way up… don’t forget that.

AGROFORESTRY23
It’s exciting to announce that we have developed a giving back initiative called Agroforestry23 (cultivating of trees). We will take 1% from each purchase and put it towards planting trees through Food and Trees for Africa.
